Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent Nova Trophy Clash from collecting additional information from your device by removing the Application through your device's normal uninstall process. Uninstalling the Application prevents future collection through the game, but does not by itself erase information that was previously transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party providers.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider keeps information only in accordance with the purposes for which it was collected and applicable retention requirements:

Nova Trophy Clash is not intended for children younger than 13 years old, or for individuals below a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly request personal information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in violation of applicable requirements.
